The Structural Repair Course is an introduction to the causes of Structural Cracks in Buildings and methods used covering products such as crack stitching, lateral restraint bars and installation of our CD remedial wall ties. Contractors can then attend our further training course aimed at specifiers and surveyors.
The course will then enable contractors to become members if CGS/GPI if they desire.
This 1/2 day theory course is followed up with a further practical course, the contents and duration of which depends on the individual contractors capabilities and experience. Contractors who are interested can go on to attend our Surveyor training course aimed at developing the contractors’ ability to carry out structural surveys and specify appropriate remedial schemes.
